I have paid but it’s still asking me to upgrade
I tried getting in touch with y’all through chats, calling the helpline number and emailing y’all. All I received was “we will get back to you within 24-48 hours”.Well it’s been more than a week now and I haven’t gotten any response from any where or help regarding my issue at all. The doubts were urgent. I’m utterly dissatisfied and disappointed in your service. I think everybody was right about Vedantu and byjus but I thought I would try y’all since your app seemed good. Please get back to me asap because my card has been charged, pls don’t make me think this is a scam. Thankyou.
