The load meter always on the overload mark even when I use only lights at home. There were no refrigerator and washing machine.

I don’t know if the load meter has a problem or the meter does not work properly. While the bill comes so high compared with other places in Mumbai.

This company only exploits people. It's been almost a year since I applied for a temporary connection for construction and still I have not been given the connection.
When I ask information about the connection process, they say that there is a lot of load on the transformer, a new transformer will have to be installed, for that you give us your land, we will install a new transformer on your land and then we will give you the connection.
When I asked for the land requirement in writing, they said that they would get the letter posted and till now no letter or any kind of response has come from his side.

Whereas the construction going on in front of my plot, temporary connection has been given to them whereas they had applied for temporary connection only a few days ago and my application is from about 11 months ago.
They call their owner philanthropist but their employees totally exploits & harass common people. People who have source would get their work done easily but they exploits a common man.
Government of Uttar Pradesh should terminate the contract with this company.
