Simple adnd effective
Great way to send postcards using own photos when on the road. Could be more cost effective and timely per card
APP IS A SCAM
TouchNote lacks integrity! The manner in which you initially market and sell your services is drastically different to the reality once you sign up. I signed up for a monthly plan at $2.49/month. Nowhere did it say this would be billed annually. After my two week trial period I was charged an annual amount. When I complained about this you reserved the charge minus $3.99 since this was the "new" monthly charge. When I questioned this I was told $2.49 is the discounted monthly rate if charged annually. There is nothing on the app that states this. In fact I still don't see a price option for $3.99/month and still see the $2.49/month. Still no mention on the app of the $2.49/month actually being billed annually. Further to this the two week trial period is not a two week trial period. They just delay taking your payment by two week. For example is you signed up on Sept. 1 you'll get billed on Sept 14 and your next billing date is Oct 1. Almost every other company would have Oct 14 as the next billing date, not TouchNote. Now here's the best part, initially I couldn't use a web browser to pay for the service, had to download the app. Now to cancel my membership I can't use the app, I have to login via the browser and this doesn't work either!! WAY TOO MUCH FINE PRINT FOR A VERY SIMPLE SERVICE!
Not good anymore
I got this app a log time ago and loved it for a while. In the last year or so however, most of my postcards haven’t reached the recipient.
The team is great with responses and say helpful things and promise to resend the cards for free, but the fact that they simply are not reaching makes this a terrible waste from my pint of view.
Some of the addresses are the same as ones previously used, so I don’t understand why they are getting lost in the mail or if the fault is with the postal service.
I’m trying to finish off the credits I’ve bought already and intend to go back to traditional postcards, I’m afraid.
