Poorest customer service. This company have hired people who use to booze first and then come to office and take calls. Experienced the worst customer service. If you are calling them then keep this in mind that you will never get a good and specially quick resolution. They all are scripted. If Tata have too much money then atleast invest this money on your stupid customer service and hire some professionals who atleast have some technical knowledge and can convince customers by giving the root cause of power cuts. And take an action against those who use get drunk first and then take calls. Common guys it’s your bread and butter. How could you do so. Horrible experience with such customer service.
Hire Good Ciders to Make a Better App
Trying to Pay Bills through this app is a nightmare! 3 screens in it crashes as soon as you reach payment gateway. Also, theres no support for UPI payment. I guess the app is just not updated according to iOS 13.5 or 2020 in general. It feels like you entered an actual government office and your work is never gonna get done. They do maintain the office feel in the app. 1 star for that. 😒
Pathetic service on App and Call
The app is not registering complaint for No outage, it is continuously saying there is no outage on your CA no. It is been 4 hrs there is no light in our area and none of us are able to contact Tata power through any means. It don’t give a option for 0 star, else I would have rated them 0. One of the pathetic service provider.
