Disgusting Document verification Process
They took forever to verify identity. I uploaded all the documents they required for verification yet they took 2 weeks to give me an update saying my documents couldn’t be verified. I even sent them an email asking for the list of documents that failed the verification process yet didn’t get response apart from an auto response. And every 72 hours they will ask you to upload the same documents again and again and take 72 hours to respond to you saying verification failed.
I wouldn’t suggest this app to anyone as the support is poor the app verification process is lame and exasperating.

Very bad customer support and prices executed on its own.
I have been using this app in a friend’s recommendation. Some really serious issues are there.
1. The price at which you fill your order doesn’t go through. An example. I fill TUI at 6.089 but it got executed at 6.921 and the worst part is that TUI never reached 6.921 price (go and check on yourself). I have been writing to them for more than 10 days now but no one helps. I lost so much of money due to this.
2. Withdrawal are also so late. Till date i have done 3withdrawl requests, but inly one has been executed (4th may). I did second on 11th May and the last one on 4th june. These two haven’t arrived in my account till date, even though on the app it shows it has been executed.
And worst part, they never reply. forget about solving the issues. I had recommended initially to my friends but now i have asked them not to use it. As soon as my money is refunded and settled, il withdraw everything and use other more professional and better serviced app.

As such, make sure you are following the respective (buy or sell) chart when trading. On the other hand, due to demand, the response time is higher.
