TradingView: Track All Markets 17+

Dear Sir,
Yesterday on Black Friday Sale, I subscribed for TradingView Pro from Apple ID. You charged me INR 9,700 = USD126 for 12 months. Now TradingView website shows charges of USD108= INR8100 for 13 months. Please tell me what went wrong while doing payment where I had paid more for less. I was waiting for this offer week since last 2 months and in the excitement I did not visit website & paid that amount from my card through Tradingview iOS app. Now I feel I should have waited for more. Please help me through this. I don't want refund, I just wish that you guys give me that extra month & adjust that extra paid amount. Looking for your positive reply. Thanks in advance.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the performance of the TradingView app, specifically related to its freezing issue when zooming in on data across different timeframes. As a loyal and active user, I have come to rely on TradingView for my trading analysis and charting needs. However, the recent experiences I've had with app freezes have left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

The problem I've encountered occurs when I attempt to zoom in or out on price data while switching between various timeframes. This is a fundamental aspect of trading analysis, and it's essential that this feature functions smoothly and without interruptions. Unfortunately, this has not been the case recently, and I believe it's negatively impacting my trading performance.

I understand that technology can have occasional glitches, but this recurring issue is detrimental to my trading experience and could have significant financial implications. I urge you to address this problem urgently and comprehensively to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.

I appreciate the features and tools TradingView offers, but without a stable and responsive platform, these advantages are greatly diminished. I hope that you can investigate and resolve this issue promptly, as it is essential for the success of your platform and the satisfaction of your users.

So earlier I could just click on the asset and the chart used to open directly. And the chart used to open at the timeframe that was used earlier. Now with the update, when I click on the asset, it opens this new page and then from there I gotta select the chart and it opens ONLY on the 1D timeframe! Why do you guys do this? You guys have a team and then work to complicate the UI? Why? This is just stupid.

Also, another thing you guys have done to complicate life is with the alert notifications. Earlier I had to just go to the “log” and glance at the notifications and that’s it, they were “read”. Now I gotta click on each and every notification in the log to make sure they are “read” otherwise the “red dot” indicating there are notifications just doesn’t go!

Guys what the hell? This is irritating. And I am really irritated because everytime I check an asset (and I check multiple assets), I don’t go directly to the chart and what’s even more irritating is the time frame resets to 1D everytime. C’mon you guys, think before you roll out updates

Hi! Please update the app and check how it works. The interval changing logic has been improved. In addition, now the chart preview can be turned off in the application settings, just go to Menu tab => Settings => Watchlist. Please let us know if you have any issues.
