TRAI CMS is an easy to use, simple application that can solve a frequently occurring and a very time-consuming issue faced by a telecom subscribers. Often a mobile subscriber is faced with an issue where he/she is charged for Value Added Services (VAS) which the user has either not opted or given double consent for. TRAI CMS App will automatically populate the list of VAS services activated in the last 30 days with details such as the date of activation / de-activation as well as the status of user double consent and the date that it was recorded on. The application will allow users to raise claim for refund for the services which are activated without user’s double consent. In addition to the above mentioned features, the application will also show a count of claims raised with the status of the claims as well as the status of each complaint.
TRAI CMS App provides a friendly and interactive interface to consumers hence by following few easy steps consumers can get the information about the VAS activated on their respective number and raise a claim, applicable if any, for refund depending upon the consent value. Users can Login with the Mobile number and select the Operator. After successful login the user will be able to fetch the information about the last claim submitted. With a click on sync button the consumer can get the latest update on the VAS status. The App also has FAQs section which will help consumer understand the Application.

This is a useless app.. It is supposed to show the activated vas where the providers are freely cheating customers by charging for useless services without a consent... But all this app shows is an error all the time.. Just says intermittent problem whole fetching data from provider.. If providers are not sharing the data, it clearly tells the authority TRAI has over them and thereby makes this completely useless...
No way to claim falsely activated VAS
Vodafone Idea claims that I have purchased VAS and they happily deducted money. I don’t see any records of my VAS in this app. even if it’s witching 30 days. Can people who actually buy they VAS services see their purchase here? How can I claim if I don’t see the entry of my “supposed” purchase.
Don’t even think of downloading this app, after downloading it I had bab experience of call drops!
