Sufficient time
Sir/Madam,please-provide sufficient time while change the platform Number,recently we faced problem at Nagpur station I.e., we are waiting in the second platform, suddenly changed to third platform,on that day train is running/ coming on three No. platform, we are unable to see/ watch the display board at station means neither see display nor our mobile, fortunately we heard the announcement and get in to the train safely.

Sorry to hear this, please check in live station status as it provides more accurate platform information than in live train status, even then it can vary last minute and sometimes the information is not made available.

This is a very nice app but we would like to see a few enhancements in iOS platform. For Example : When I tap on "Live Train Status" and select a Train and then choose "Live Status", this does show the Live Train status real time. However, if I choose "Live Map (In-Train)" option, when im in the Train itself, it gives us all the info that is needed and that too in a real time using our GPS. Can you pls make all these details available when we Choose "Live Status" option and use the Train's GPS so that we get accurate info of the Live Train Status. Pls consider this feature.

FINALLY ONE APP THAT WORKS PERFECTLY IN IOS
I tired many application most of them never gave me accurate time, some got stuck.. some has way too many adds on them.. so happy with this application, and hope this smoothness and working and accuracy will be there through..
it was so difficult to find a proper app that shows the exact train live status. I am happy with tis app.
