Please don’t prefer this bus service, especially women they will not provide driver number but they will have our contact number in case any late departure of the bus even they will not inform us about the late departure my reporting time is 11 PM. But that bus came at 12:35 PM. It will happen sometime but at least they they have to inform us and also bus cleaning is worst and worst and worst very bad smell and also Ac condition. Worst only blower is running while blower is running. We can’t bear that sound. and also driver driver doesn’t drop my location. They have a rude behaviour. So please don’t prefer this bus service especially ladies. actually, departure time is 11:35 PM. but it’s started 1:45 AM And also most important thing. They said that they have washroom. But there is no washroom facility. Finally worst and worst and worst service.😡
Wallet balance 6k+ goes missing when you switch phones

My wallet had 6k+ balance until I switched to a new phone. I cannot find the balance neither the wallet transactions on my new phone. This is ridiculous that wallet balance and transaction history are all linked to a mobile handset rather than a account unlike many other apps where wallet and transactions got instantly moved to my new mobile with the account login. Some sort of fraud happening unless the user checks and reports the issue. also if you observe you’ll receive the same OTP for logins from same phone and account on the rail yatri, intrcity and website !! It’s high time you fix these basic things !

They will never let you know the real status until last and then at last once u call them only they will say sir sorry ur ticket is cancelled money ur money will be refunded.I booked ticket from chennai to Kolkata coromandel express these people didn’t even call me and inform about the cancellation of ticket i reached station boarded the train with family my mom me and my younger brother now TTR came and asked me for ticket i showed him there emailed ticket he immediately said in front of everyone that you are thinking me fool or someone has made you fool it is an invalid ticket i felt highly ashamed but no other go stood for 4 hours to reach next station to get down my mother is aged that bloody TTR didn’t even saw her he directly said I can’t do anything I’m not dr so don’t say reason that your mom is old and u r travelling with the family once i called this app customer care very gently they said sry sir you’re ticket was cancelled due to waiting list if all this things i should take care then y a person will go to a 3rd party to book the ticket they are fraud and cheater no 1.

Hi Junaiddhussain, We can understand your concern, however, IRCTC is the only authorised website to book the train tickets and RailYatri is completely based on agent assisted train ticket booking process. Please know, once waitlist ticket gets confirmed, you receive a sms from IRCTC.Since, your ticket remained in the wait-listed queue even after chart preparation, it got auto-cancelled and a refund is initiated as per IRCTC norms. Ticket cancellation not allowed

I am a user of RailYatri app for a while. On 25th I had booked a ticket with additional payment for zero charges on cancellation. I decided to cancel the ticket today which was also incidentally the journey day. There was almost nine hour time before that start of my journey when I decided to cancel my ticket. It was a waitlisted ticket and chart not yet prepared when I tried to cancel ticket. However to my shock the app was taking me up to cancellation point stating that process has begun and asking me to revisit after 10 minute if nothing happens. This went on for several hours and finally the chart was prepared and a seat offered to me. May cancellation request made Vasper rules was not responded to.Be careful of this app if you intend to cancel the ticket later.His
