Pathetic service from Travelio
Before renting, I have made it clear that I need internet. We suffered without internet for first 10 days and Travelio kept saying we're following up with owner. What on earth takes 10 days for internet, even new connection takes less than that. Awful. After 1 month again internet broke. Followed up since 4 days and still suffering. The Travelio team is not human and they're just sending standard response that sorry and we're following up. Please don't ever rent using Travelio, they're not helpful. Go other sources.
