Good offers but app has some glitch

The app has great offers for rides. But there is some glitch in the ios version of the app. It doesn’t show when a driver is connected until you cancel the request

Different rates for driver and customer

I took a ride and it showed the amount of ₹139 in my phone but the driver showed me his phone and said, sir I have to collect ₹212. I was shocked and still I don’t know how can this be possible, because generally in all other cab or auto apps the amounts will be same.
Worst part is that there is no customer service or contact number to complain or escalate.
I won’t recommend this app to anyone.
Really bad experience.

For the Ordinary

Read about the app and cofounders in an article and tried using it for my daily rides.
And, I liked the overall experience. I’m still using and recommending the app to my friends.
