We appreciate the variety in our vehicle choices—from budget-friendly carpools to swanky SUVs—as much as we love knowing when our ride is arriving and exactly how much it’ll cost. Heck, now we even use it as a verb: “We’re going to Uber to your place. Be right there!”

Display of rides and other issues

The ride details which are canceled when there is no driver assigned is also getting displayed in our rides information which is causing confusion but there is no use of this. Can this information be removed from the display?
Can we have any system where driver will not start the trip until the customer gets into the cab and cancel the trip after the completion. Example having an OTP.
And change the payment method when the trip hasn’t started. Many drivers are asking for cash when we kept the online transaction and when we say we can’t change the payment method the trip is getting cancelled by the driver partner and delaying our schedules.
When assigning the cabs for trip please check the distance as well which will make us wait for long period and the driver will obviously cancel the trip if the distance is long for pickup.
As the customers not to cancel the trip when the vehicle is near by and in 5min you are charging 42₹ to benefit the driver partner but when driver is cancelling the trip nearby which is a overhead for us to find another cab on the same time. There should be restrictions fur driver partner and to cancel it as well so it will be helpful.

The most unprofessional and disgusting service..

A week ago, I had booked the cab to pick me up from a specific place in bengalore.. the details of which are mentioned in a separate case taken up by me through mail. The driver after making us wait for 45 mins did not turn up at the pick up point, since it was late in the night and we were travelling with some female companions.. we were in a hurry to reach home.. when contacted the driver, he bluntly said that he won’t be coming to pick us up and that we should cancel the booking, when I tried to reason with the driver that, it’s his fault that he failed to pick us up so he should be the one to cancel it.. he simply replied.. then wait there till morning, am not coming.. this was the most unprofessional and disgusting attitude from a service provider.. they don’t even have a customer care no where you can lodge a complaint.. their e-mail complaint redressal.. well lesser said the better, am still waiting for their team to get in touch with me.. the worst part is the same thing happened with me twice again this week.. and every time I have been stranded and forced to cancel my ride, I have been forced to pay the fine too.. this is just nothing but TRUE DAY LIGHT ROBBERY..

I wish I can give this app a zero rating but it’s not possible.. anybody planning to download this app, my earnest advice, pls don’t. There are much better and simpler service providers nowadays.
