Basically Uber is good and relaxing for customers..mainly thing is that it’s not enough good for drivers.. because of that price is very low, means lower more than auto rickshaw.. we bought the car in 6/8 lacks Indian currency so what company provide us after hard work in whole day?? Ola is giving to their drivers good price and good money whatever the benefits for them. If we are using OLA for 5 km then drivers takes the more than 150 rs and Uber giving us 75/85 so what’s that??? It’s not according to rules .. so finally I knew this thing no one listen this about drivers! It’s totally clear.. nothing benefits to write down comments..

Hi, we understand your concern regarding your earnings. However, please note that, we are working on improving the trip fare and pricing policy for both our driver-partners and riders.

Navigation issues

The app is pretty good but the in built navigation doesn’t work sometimes and this is a major problem. When the rider books the trip and we need to navigate to his/her pickup point we should use third party app like Google map, this makes us to leave the Uber driver app. And for some reason if the rider cancels the trip, we won’t know. Please rectify this issue asap. Thanks- Uber driver partner

Not getting any trips on Uber Eats India

Wasted 2 days of my time. Was online for hours but didn’t get a single trip but I saw other drivers delivering and making trips. Do you give trips to only experienced drivers ? Then how are new drivers supposed to become experienced? No option to chat with support in the app. No tutorials on how to do the job. Nothing. Called customer care and they tell me to go do one delivery and learn on the job. If I had to do that itself then why is customer care getting paid ? Right from the day one, nobody seemed interested in anything. No proper contact numbers, no support, your office locations are also not proper on the map.

Charged registration fees, gave me a bag and two t shirts and now I’m supposed to do what? Not getting any trips at all. Standing on the road like a fool

Please send us a note to t.uber.com/drivercontact or via the in-app Help section and we'll connect. Also, the Uber app comes with an in-app support feature for when you need your questions answered. Select ‘Help’ from the app menu and you can choose any of the options under ‘Report an Issue’, or you can go right to your ‘Last Trip’ to report an issue from your most recent trip.
