Excellent Health & Fitness App
Excellent digital platform that genuinely cares to improve the lives of our families, provides real time monitoring health parameters of my loved ones by providing emergency assist services including first responder and ambulance facilities as well as hospitalisation. It works very well for my aged mother & my family. Would highly recommend it. This makes the life so much easy !
An unclear concept
The product seems to have been designed in haste:
1. No toll free no. The emails are answered as per wish and availability of the company.
2. The cashback concept is hazy. It says they would analyse the bank transactions to provide cashback. This is strange what if I used credit cards and multiple of them how would the transaction be captured.
3. What if I purchase the plan for my family members? How the cashback would work. No FAQ section
4. Looks like I have lost the money
