IPhone Applicaton needs more work
I was looking for a lot of appliances and products which were not available. The iPhone application experience needs improvement since it becomes non responsive some times and back button also does not work some times The search also needs more work I believe since I got a lot of unrelated results when searching for coolers fridge and other common items. Hope we get lots of items listed soon on the app.

Pathetic service and customer satisfaction
They do not have any team to help customers or shopkeepers who order from them and they hardly care about any customer because of their big size
They will send you expired products and will not return them if you did not check the date within three days of delivery.
Also they do not care about GST related issues, if you are a GST registered customer they will hardly send you a bill copy with proper HSN codes or even they will not put their GST number
Especially they have their own seller in the name of Granary wholesale limited who is the main culprit that does not respond to your calls and messages and after many reminders they didn’t send me with proper GST bills
I would totally say no to UDAAN app if you are an organised business because they are satisfied with gali nukkad shops and they have their standards that can satisfy only those categories.
Fraud company!
Please refrain from signing up for their services or their credit facility. They have no accountability nor responsibility. They are not organised. Double billing, payment manipulation, data misuse are all that happened with us. They took 50k cash payment but asked for payment after 6months! Lucky that we had proofs! Even that they will refuse to accept. Customer Services do not have any updates on anything other than repeating few words that they’re purely trained on. They do not respond to emails, calls. They have someone called legal team and they are hidden. They don’t even respond to legal notices and no way you can contact anyone knowledgeable. They misuse personal information and no one can get them to take ownership. Please stay away from trouble. Not transparent company to engage with! Products they supply are also not good quality oflate.
