Nice content on the app but app needs improvements
The app is good and the content frequency is also very good. The only thing I don’t like about this app is that it is showing me videos for all the available languages which is really annoying for a person who generally watches videos in one of two language. I would say please update app and in that please provide a feature where user can select his/her preferred language and show video based on language selection and user should be able to change the language at any given time. Also I would say search is not up to the mark, if I am trying to search something it is only showing me few videos where as there are other multiple videos exist on the app.

App is good but streaming issues
Streaming quality selection is not working even after choosing medium quality of played video app still showing Auto quality. Because of that when I have low data connection streaming abruptly stops. In addition to that content is not streaming properly even when data speed is high, kindly ensure consistency of streaming as I am using other app as well and never find such issues.

Videos don’t start
So, I took the offer and bought a yearly subscription just now and I opened the app, everything worked well. The app lets me scroll through the content nicely and the internet connectivity is stable. But I as soon as I tap on any video it just buffers with the yellow annoying circle which keeps circling and keeps circling. This issue I faced last year as well and because of Which I had to cancel the subscription. Now I have bought again hoping the issue was resolved and I am presented with the same haunting yellow circle.
In a nutshell, I have paid the full amount which ULLU has asked from me and I am not able to view any content. This is specifically related to app and it works on computer I suppose. But I can’t keep turning on my PC EVERYTIME. Can you please help me in this.
