Session is not managed properly

When log in it shows login success and then all of sudden it throws again on login page and if this time i try with credentials it shows session is already active. Please fix this bug . Have to awat from using services cause of this

Pointless for new users

It is unfathomable as to why a bank wouldn’t allow their new users to avail of services using the app.

What’s worse is that the app asks you to contact the branch who cannot do anything about it.

The customer service then responds with the reality that the app is blocked for all new users.

Due to this, FDs have to be created manually with the branch and services like activating the debit card for online use took at least a month.

Moreover, the debit card is also disable for UPI usage. In short, you are brought back down to earth when using this bank as it takes you back 2-3 decades where you had to do everything manually and wait weeks for something to get done.

At this point, the app simply shouldn’t be listed as it gives false hope to new users, especially as the WhatsApp banking option is severely limited.
