I am currently trying to upload documents for KYC This is the only app that asks for Aadhar although I am not comfortable providing such details I still put in the number. Guess what it sends me an OTP and there is no place to enter the OTP I received for EKYC. So it is effectively forcing the manual KYC onto customers. Then it tells me to upload my photo and also enter my email, I enter email and it sends me emails with the OTP and again there is no place to enter the OTP and verify my email. Additionally it asks you to upload a profile photo where you are holding your KYC ID card like Aadhaar or PAN Card which is completely absurd. If this becomes your profile pic it is like showing your details to the world of unicoin customers. Badly designed app with no logical thought put into the interface and of course several defects in the interface. No idea who even tested this application when there are no fields to enter the OTP Plus the customer support number does not give an answer because of COVID. Wonder why they still sport the number on their mailers when there is no one to supportAlso looks like they paid many people to write good reviews for them because I saw several positive reviews and downloaded the app but it is a substandard app which seems like a well funded scam
