Dear Support Team, I am writing to report a recurring issue with your mobile application. Every time I attempt to open the app, it crashes immediately, preventing me from accessing its features. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting my device, updating the app, clearing the cache and data, reinstalling the app, and ensuring my device’s operating system is up to date. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. This problem is causing significant inconvenience, and I am unable to use the app for its intended purposes. I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Please provide guidance on any additional steps I can take or an estimated timeline for a fix.
Very poor app. Money is deducted but never recieved tickets
I have booked the tickets but i dis not receive tickets. This is so irritating. Neither it shows up failed transaction nor success. No help or support on helpline numbers
