Guys please don’t carried away with the adds shown on TV, they claim that they have extremely professional service person with highly skilled but the truth is that, they send uneducated half mad and extremely Hoon person which kind of a big concern as it’s risky for your family. I booked a bathroom cleaning package with kitchen sink, the service person called me and asking for reschedule as he cannot come, however one of the executive called and arranged another engineer on the next day after long discussion. The person who came he was half mad, illiterate and extremely dangerous. At first he inspect all the bathroom and kitchen sink and the 1st thing he told that this cannot be cleaned as it’s dirty. Is this kind of a joke why would we require a service for a clean bathroom and sink, then after lots of argument he started wiping the tile and said it can’t be done, this is max I can do if u complaint about me I donot care and threaten me. This is the kind of employee they have who need medical attention as he was half mad I cannot explain everything here just try to imagine. So please donot carried away with the advertisement. It’s worst worst and extremely worst experience with urban company. They donot even deserve one star. If you really wanted good service try tech squard they are professional and highly skilled.

Very bad service, no professional behaviour. I had booked service for house painting and water proofing of my house. Surveyor came made survey and explained me planned work, provide quotation. Work started whole payment on day one as per company requirements. Surveyor lost job half way into work. Company never bothered to appoint any replacement, leaving me at the mercy of painters and or workers. The work done by painters was fairly good. But no follow up by company or visit by anyone to see if all work done right. After a day one place where water proofing was done started seepage again, the initial technical survey had suggested water proof at two places and grouting in one bathroom to fix this issue. But I was told by painter that one more coat of water proofing required there. And that company material team asked him to tell to get water seepage issue fixed first and then do proofing. What was the initial survey done for now. I escalated it to customer care. No update from them either regarding status of the complaint. Still waiting a resolution. Not recommended at all. Money taken in advance on day one and then you are stuck if this scenario happens.

I had an awful experience with UrbanCompany service. I booked a professional cleaning service and Oh boy, it’s worse than what regular maids do at home. I complained about this and they didn’t do anything about it. One thing that’s bothering me is my review doesn’t appear in the feedback section which is visible to everyone. When I checked further, I see only positive ratings and reviews. It’s clearly unfair and no point in having the feedback section. Since there’s no option or way to get support from them, I have decided to rate them in AppStore. There’s no use of customer support and if you are lucky enough, you find a right person for job and if not, they don’t assure anything or help with resolution. Definitely not a professional service. They lack skills/techniques and I can tell this because we usually hire professional cleaners regularly.

They ensure no negative reviews are not visible in the app under reviews section. The only way they could get 4.6 here is by scam. Most of the 5 rated reviews has negative comments and the selection could only be by mistake.

You can go for local vendors than using UrbanCompany app as the only additional service is customer satisfaction support which they don’t do it right anyway so I don’t see any point in using this app. Atleast with local vendors you don’t take additional time contacting customer support and wasting time writing 100 emails or attending calls which is of no use.
