The app used is not opening I am trying from last week, but it shows getting ready.
Wonderful Service by UZED team
This is my feedback after using this app services twice. I’ve seen the ad in Facebook and installed for a trial. Firstly I was so hesitant about their service and felt it’s not gonna work. When the pickup team came on time and done their job within 20minutes and gave the item, I was really astonished. Today I’ve exchanged items for second time and same kinda super promptness in service made me “wow”... I’ve recommended this app to many of my friends and relatives immediately. Big Thanks to the team for helping us in clutter clearance as well for exchange items and points (I’ve used the points for an online purchase too). Final verdict: “Simply wonderful UZED”.
Pathetic service and customer support
Thought of giving things for almost free of cost as they are getting recycled and good for environment. But the service of this startup is really bad and frustrating. They keep on delaying your pickups and they don’t even bother to inform you. You keep on tracking them n sometimes no answer just we are looking into it. Work on your services and support because your app is all about customer service and support. Great initiative but need great minds to run this.. really disappointed with the behaviour. Hope others don’t face it.
