Had to upload my vaccination certificate and the email response and support received was superb and exactly told me what to do and I could complete it successfully. thanks very much 🙏🙏

This app is so terribly designed by a questionable organisation and should not be the official travel docs verification system for so many major airlines. It is frustratingly confusing to navigate and often there is no clarity on what the options or next steps are. Sometimes it just hangs. Even after you go through everything, and the app says everything is verified (which usually takes a couple of hours or days) some snag in the system forces you to just check in manually at the airport during these COVID times while surrounded by a bunch of others who weren’t able to check in either coz of this garbage app.

I used the VeriFLY App for the first time. Initially I was not successful in scanning my Covid Vaccination Certificate. But I kept on trying and soon I could upload the certificate and instantly got the confirmation from VeriFLY. Thanks.
