• Choose appointment type: New appointment/Follow-up appointment.
• Click on the option “speak to the doctor” or “schedule an appointment”
• Fill in desired details & confirm appointment
Specialist appointment
• Go to the dashboard & select “Book a specialist appointment”.
• Select: Online consultation/Physical consultation
• Pick a specialist in your area, fill in desired details and book appointment
Diagnostic test
• Go to the dashboard & select “Book a diagnostic test”.
• Select health package/individual tests.
• Choose desired health check-up/individual test, member name & address
• Select provider and book an appointment for home collection/ center visit
Order medicine
• Go to the dashboard & select “Order medicines”.
• Provide details such as member name & address.

Unable to Use App
App does not go past the “Provide your personal detail” screen. It gives a warning “Members below 18 years of age can use the service strictly under parental/adult supervision.” I press okay, and it still stays on the same screen. Please help.

Very helpful app
This is one of the most trusted app that solves most of my and my family’s healthcare needs. The doctor are very helpful and understanding. They spend quality time listening to our concerns and advice us patiently. The Dietitians are also very good and supportive. The diet that I got was easily available in my home and had worked very well for me. I have lost about 6-7 kgs in about 3 months.
