viaDOTS is a ride-hailing SaaS platform / Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solution provider that seeks to create value for both "Riders" as well as "Drivers" through our "Driver Operated Transport Services" or DOTS.

Currently, our app has been built to support Local and Airport Rides at Guaranteed lowest fares as per the government norms in the cities where we operate.

Very Poor App… I was excited that there is an alternative to Uber & Ola. But very disappointed.
first thing they insist is Emergency Contact Details to be added by as soon as you register. Not sure why that is required.
And after you do n try saving… it just doesn’t save. It keeps coming back to the same page again n again.
Guess it’s time for their Developers to join the Dots 😀
