Worst customer care service
They have no clue what they are talking about. Just like that they remove the channel even if there is sufficient amount in the main balance and once I asked why they don’t have any answer and again when I asked to connect with the senior executive the answer is that I have to call next day. I got the current call after waiting for an hour and again I have to wait for next day but I will be charged for the channel which I don’t get and it says part of the subscription. This is a mess. I’m sure many many people have the issue and some sort of investigation need to be done in order to control there guys. Really frustrating.
If there was option of negative rating I would have been happy. The app doesn’t work with neither customer ID not registered mobile number. Customer care service is pathetic. All the recharge scheme will be changed with no notifications. You have to spend like 1000/- every month for minimum of 20 channels and half of that doesn’t work properly most of the time. There is no sync of video and audio and merely you feed them 1000/- every month. Horrible service. Earlier cable service was best than this. In the name of digitalisation everyone are looting money from people. Ban all these D2H service.
Useless Customer Care
Trying since last one month to migrate to new package as per TRAI without any success. Their website doesn’t seem to work. The Customer Care is unapproachable. You only get a robotic response stating that the callee is busy now. If you do succeed in getting through your call is transferred to someone where again you are stuck with the robotic response- Customer Executive is busy.
If there’s a negative rating I would give negative five star for these guys who guarantee you total frustration. Customer Care should be dismantled it may save some money for the owners.😡😤
