I have recently placed a sample collection and they do not bother to collect it on time. Complete Payment was done to the agent through Gpay when he comes for sample collection. Later in the evening when I try downloading the reports from app it says 20 rupees is due and the reports will not be sent and reason I get from customer care agent is that rates have increased. How come this should impact me when in the morning during samples collection I have made complete payment. This is total fraud and unacceptable. While I speak with the customer care agent he does not bother to listen and disconnects the call. I have using the Vijaya service but no more I will opt them and recommend others to refrain from these money minded people.

Worst ever customer support at centres

Firstly, certain tests are not listed and have to reach out customer support and get a home visit For report collection the nearest branch they act smart & weird some times . It happened at AS rao nagar centre when we sent some one to collect the reports with the order id they insisted to get the mobile number associated with it. One of the report was left over and when sent again with the mobile number they insisted order id and not ready to speak to the customer over the phone.Surprised as i saw most of them entertain their personal known people and even skip them over the que line most of the times. I feel either the success of vijaya diagnostics has gone head up to the staff or the management is least bothered about the approach towards the customers utilizing the services

Don’t book on line - Poor Service

Don’t book online , the center you choose will put you last in the queue for any test since it’s not booked through them. Even their app is quite lousy , it doesn’t specific if the locationpicked is not have any specific service, we will have to run puller to post.Most Pathetic service level experienced, this is what happens when business grows they don’t bother about service.

Very bad experience want to improve in customer service

One of the worst experience as I have received promise for giving urgent report but nobody is Care many time I have called but not received response as I expected. next time I will be not prefer and I will be not going to give the reference on the same as nobody is taking the ownership of answer the patient.
