Fraud
I have recently placed a sample collection and they do not bother to collect it on time. Complete Payment was done to the agent through Gpay when he comes for sample collection. Later in the evening when I try downloading the reports from app it says 20 rupees is due and the reports will not be sent and reason I get from customer care agent is that rates have increased. How come this should impact me when in the morning during samples collection I have made complete payment. This is total fraud and unacceptable. While I speak with the customer care agent he does not bother to listen and disconnects the call. I have using the Vijaya service but no more I will opt them and recommend others to refrain from these money minded people.

Very bad experience want to improve in customer service
One of the worst experience as I have received promise for giving urgent report but nobody is Care many time I have called but not received response as I expected. next time I will be not prefer and I will be not going to give the reference on the same as nobody is taking the ownership of answer the patient.

Liver Function Blood Test
The liver function blood test at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre is very reasonable. I got the test done at Hyderabad two months ago. The technician came to my home on a Saturday morning – he was very professional while drawing the blood from my hand. The test result helped me to start my medication.
