Horrible experience !
What can I say , landed up to this super fancy looking boutique only to disappoint myself with the unprofessional behaviour , no track/receipt for the money given for tailoring .we all understand that everyone is going through unprecedented times but not these people , I had some clothes given for alterations which came back as is after good 5 months and when asked why did it not happen they simply said they do not have staff to do so , I further asked if they will refund the amount given in advance to do so , for which they had not even cut a receipt! I had my clothes dunzo’ed that too was a pain as the owner is too rude to comply with,, At the time when I went to them to be honest to their business and customers but this is nothing short of a learning for me to not rely on such easy money makers!!
THE APP IS TOO SLOW .... Not at all happy with the app👎🏼
Your app is disgusting......it literally takes 3 minutes for the images...and have no proper images ... no product information..not at all customer friendly 👎🏼
