Excellent Services User Friendly App

Extremely satisfied with services of VIP Shaadi. Consultant is also very efficient....
I like how my feedback is sought at regular intervals through different channels.
App is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate.
Though I am yet to find my match I am quite optimistic about finding one with my Consultants help......

Mental Torture

They make huge fake promises when they have to take money for you to register. After which a VIP consultant is assigned, who after even 2 months of your services never understands your preference. The person assigned to us was least responsible, not at all accountable and unreliable. Not happy with the services and thereby complaining to higher authority, no action was taken for the same. Neither the issue was resolved , nor any senior management took the effort to get back to us. There is no one to address your issue.
They hardly send any profile, if they do that would be the opposite of actually your basic partner preferences . Would be sent to just show how active they are to meet their target.
My family and me went through 2 months of mental agony.

Easy and convenient to use

Have been using this app for last 4 months..the app is very easy to use and its a perfect place for all the communication that happens with the advisor...The on time notifications and response from my consultant helps me expedite my process of finding a match...overall a good experience
