Its the worst online experience I have ever had. The scooter was in very bad condition. First the tyre got damaged in a way that I was stuck with a undrivable scooter and had to drag it to a mechanic. I paid 350 to put in tube in tyre so that I can at least ride the scooter. Then I had trouble with self start.. had to kick all the time to start. And today extreme happened. Scooter got turned off while riding and then never came back to life. Was stuck with a scooter which was unlockable / lockable, it was literally dead. Could not even raise a exchange request because it locks the scooter as the last step to register exchange but the scooter obviously couldn’t respond to lock command. Had to abandon the scooter and file missing complaint. I booked it for 14 days, used it for 7 and these 7 days with scooter were never easy. It was like I am taking care of it. Needless to say, vogo consumed my deposit and rental amount. Not a rupee refunded. Also obviously the scooter was shaking all the time. Would never recommend it to anyone. It definitely feels like a scam. Sudden locking of the vehicle is totally unexpected. Atleast provide with a proper support, support staff feels like a bot. Just sending out message templates and total useless.

My ride was ended automatically as I didn’t use it for 1 day. I spoke to the customer care executive today morning as I wanted the bike I asked them to not to end the ride as I wanted to renew the package. The executive promised me that I will receive a call back within an hour from the concerned team. I received a call from the recovery team after 2- 3 hrs they said that they need the Scooty pic and asked me to share the location. I shared the location to them but they came and took the scooty. And I again contacted the customer support executive and they promised me that the recovery amount will be waived off with in an hour as it’s not my fault. After 5-6 hours I had to call them back again as the recovery amount hasn’t waived off as promised. When I tell them everything they put the call on hold and they hung up. Agained call them this time the executive told me that I need to pay the amount as it’s won’t be waived off. The problem is first of all they are giving false promises. I told them I can drop the bike at the point if they doesn’t have the renew option. But still they are charging me unnecessarily. My dear Vogo please fix this. Else I will take the legal actions against you for braking the promises.

While they have significant demand in the market, their vehicle maintenance and exchange process is worst! Scooters are never washed nor maintained and you are at the mercy of previous person who used it. If you don’t use it for a day or two, Battery will be dead for majority of the scooters and you need to rely on kick start till you return. For scooter breakdown, you will have to pay on your own expenses and visit the nearest pickup location. While they come to door step to pickup one not sure why can’t deliver one. In terms of exchange, you will have raise a request then click a picture of location and then select the scooter at the nearest location. Everything should happen at one go else U will have to restart. So literally u will have to be next to the scooter, lock it then try your luck. You should be really luck to complete this as scooters at nearest location are never available. Company should look at keeping such orders on queue and allocate to existing customers instead of opening for all. Worth only for one day package, monthly or longer tenure plan doesn’t work with the frequent breakdowns and pathetic process. Never again to Vogo🙏🏼
