Example of loan against mutual fund
Principal Amount => ₹1,00,000
Annual Interest Rate(APR) = 9.5%
Tenure => 12 Months
Pay only Interest for 12 months = ₹791.66 x 12 = 9500. (The principal amount needs to be repaid at the end of the loan tenure)
Processing Fee = ₹999 + GST
Total Loan Repayment Amount = ₹109500 (Principal and Interest)
Total Cost of Loan = Interest Amount + Processing Fees = ₹9500 + ₹999 = ₹10499 (Excluding GST)
For the loan against mutual fund with a balloon payment, the borrower pays only the interest amount of ₹9500 for 12 months, and repays the principal amount of ₹1,00,000 at the end of the 12-month tenure, with a total loan repayment amount of ₹109500 and a total cost of loan of ₹10499 (excluding GST).

Exception and quick monetary solution
Easy, quick and smart way to have money with your own Mutual fund. The solution is on finger tips and in one day just sitting at home money was credited in my bank account. It helps when you have short term requirements and also no need to withdraw your Mf. Mrigaank Bhagtani helped us to core and had all the information handy.
Not quick as advertised !
The only thing quick in the complete process is pledging your mutual funds. Once you do that you are stuck. After pledging you will have to upload a signed document of you and the nominee/joint holder. In case you plan to unpledge your funds then the process of lien removal is also very time taking. And eventually in the end you will have to contact your AMCs for complete lien removal. I mean seriously!!! The whole point of trying this app was that I thought its a one stop solution for pledging and unpledging. But when you will start using it you will understand its not. Disappointed!! Although the behavior of the support team and executives is good but the process is not good at all. I just hope they make the complete process smooth and digital.
Fully digital process
The process is smooth and takes less than 15 mins for completion. Got money in my bank in around 30 mins. Exceptional experience.
