Actually it is fast than any other vpn i have used before and also the internet speed seems to be similar to that of using without it.
Also the preview of the map when connected seems cool
Wrong charging of credit card
Dear Team I installed your app a few days back in order to complete the installation of your this app in order to run and complete injection process. When I installed I read carefully. For first 3 days app is free then charges of Rs. 7,700 are applicable for 1 year which was totally wrong as per my opinion . Normally app developers don’t charge for applicable free period and then if user uninstalls the app from phone and Apple ID in subscription section within due time. If user forgets to remove subscription from Apple ID then also payment is charged but in my case payment for full year was straightaway debited . I had removed the app from phone and subscription from Apple ID was too on same day which you can check with your record. I would like to see refund of Rs. 7,700 to the source from you debited immediately because app was free for 3 days I did whole procedure which I should have done. I would like to seek your urgent attention and provide me the refund on immediate basis. Regards Manish Bansal.
Fraud alert
I have installed this app to see if my other apps “voot & Hotstar” are being supported by this VPN or not and when I found its not working I immediately uninstalled it. Yesterday I got email that they have deducted amount from my debit card for premium subscription. Without any reminder how could you proceed with the subscription I doubt. Moreover u don’t have call centre so that I could call them and register my complaint. It would be really good if you can return my money back as this VPN is totally useless for me as it’s not supporting the “voot and Hotstar” apps for which I wanted. You guys should keep an option for trial method as it is not supporting all Apps.
