First experience with Vroom!
Booked a Honda Jazz, however it was changed to Ford Aspire later on. Except for this hiccup, rest everything was as smooth as it can be.
Car condition : Average. Each car had fastag enabled for tolls which saved a lot of time.
The best thing was the speed limit. I was asked to maintain below 110kmph, post which I was supposed to be fined. I feel it's quite a decent speed to maintain on highways, especially when you are traveling with family. Unlike other vendors, where it is restricted at 80 KMPH and you struggle to overtake on highways, especially when you are stuck behind trucks.
Delivery: Perfect! The guy was before the scheduled time.
Fuel: I chose without fuel option. I had the car with 70% fuel. However, I filled up 100% while returning. To my surprise, I was credited back for the excess fuel!!
Customer service: Very prompt and helpful. Got my final invoice within a day. Awaiting credits to happen.
Overall, good experience. Only thing I can think of - wish they had some brownie points for not utilising the mentioned kms / returning before time.
Otherwise, all good. Kudos to the Vroom team. Keep up the good work!
HEXA 12 hours Package with Drop and PickUp at doorstep
Received car before 15mins of scheduled time by Akshay Kumar, he explained me all the terms and conditions with car features and handed the keys to me. Kudos to AKSHAY KUMAR very professional, polite and positive attitude.. Cheers..
When it came to Drop of the car, Sharan was there at my door step, Sharan checked the car and gave me the head up as the car looks as it was when handed over to me without any damage and cleanness, Sharan too was very professional, polite and had positive attitude and explained me about the refund process..
Awesome ride, if needed will definitely come to vroom again and again because of the service and professionalism by the guys who pick and drop the cars at door step.. Cheers to Akshay and Sharan.. 😊
Hasslefree driving
Had a recent visit to Coorg with Honda Jazz but look like little old one, but after taking the steering completely change my mind as it is maintained as own car. This was my third time. And it’s gaining my trust over and over with best customer support. In last, they given refund in 3 days without any enquiry or anything as we see people are getting frauded with wrong accuses.
Always loved to take from VRoomdrive.
