Your recent update about caller tone notifications for visitors is annoying. I don’t want my phone to ring every time when any visitor comes because we have bunch of daily known visitors. Give us options to set other notification based tones.

You can switch it off anytime by going to VZTrack ->Settings -> Notification -> Visitor Ringtone -> None.

I installed this app just today, as our apartment has implemented the use of this app for safety. In the history of visitors I saw 2 visitors. One a food delivery guy for 28th April - who came at our flat, and one electrician for 30th April- whom we don't know, we never called, and who never showed up at our flat. There is no section in the app where I can mark or communicate to apartment that it's a wrong entry. So, anyone can come in give a wrong apartment no. and do anything and put the owner at risk. I don't think this is right and safe.
1. There should be an option for owners to mark the entry as right or wrong.
2. The realtime notification mentioned, that comes to owners should have an option to verify the guest only then entry should be marked as verified and guest should be allowed to enter. OR am I expected to run to apartment gate or call them all the time to tell them about wrong entry- what if I am not at home, and I receive such wrong entry notification, in this case I can't even call them.
3. Or at least the apartment number should be strictly verified from the guest before entering.

Apart from this issue, i believe this is a good initiative for safety. If the above mentioned features are added the star ratings will go up for sure. Thanks!

Hello, Thanks for your valuable feedback and apologies for the late reply on you comments. While we truly appreciate your concerns, here are the comments on the same from our side.

1. Ability to mark a visitor entry as incorrect: [VZTRACK] Yes, we agree that this feature is required as we are experiencing with the increase of societies, the percentage of error entries is increasing and we need to have a mechanism where the house owner can report this. This feature is in our backlog right now and will be available in one of our next release soon. I would also like to state that the chances of error entries are high in the initial stages as the security guards are getting trained and eventually its rare. That is also one of the reasons why we circulate the User App details after at least few weeks of training and usage at the security gate, but nevertheless, we will put this feature in place

We had put an approval system in place for the pilot version but that started causing lot of inconvenience to genuine visitors (friends, relatives, guests, couriers, etc) to keep waiting for approvals and also to users as they had to make sure they are always on the internet. We are working to find a suitable solution for the same.
