Ratings and Reviews
No broadcast option, No Dark Mode, No Hashtags, No time stamp maintained
Wakie is a good app to connect people all over the world. But there are some suggestions, some features i would like to have in Wakie and these are too usable. Everyone would like to have.
1. Wakie should give a broadcast message option so that sending messages to multiple people will be more easier. As this app is all about being social, connecting to people.
2. Wakie should have dark mode. At this time, almost every app has dark mode. It helps to use app in night without hurting eyes. As per my opinion, this is a must feature to have.
3. Wakie should introduce hashtags. To find out topics very easily which are related to same hashtags. This way people will read content which they really wanna read on Wakie.
4. What about adding a new feature like time stamp of our posts? I gone through my posts to see when and what I have posted. And then found out that time stamp is major missing. I feel Wakie should maintain time stamp. Users will love to see throwbacks. And this is possible only if posts will show date and time.
Need refund!
Third time in a row i subscribe to wakie plus from my new acc and it gets added to my old one that I don’t use anymore. My money has been wasted thrice and no one from support replies or helps in changing! I need my wasted money back that’s it.
Card without topic is the worst update
Topic calls on carousel is what makes wakie unique and is what all the users come on wakie for. It allows people to choose who to talk to and what topic to discuss while having a call.
Having the topics removed from carousel and having just a general let’s talk card for everyone makes no sense. This actually creates a bigger issue than what you are trying to resolve. Now we don’t even know what the other person wants to talk about and what their intentions are.
Atleast with the topics we can filter out people and decide to connect with them or not. By removing the topics from carousel you are actually creating a huge problem, since we are unable to know the intentions.
Most of the people filter out whom to talk to based on the topics in the carousel.
Removing the topics will definitely make wakie look better, but it is creating a bigger issue.
A lot of people are unhappy about this change. We want to make wakie a better place but removing the core features of wakie is not the way of doing it.
