Yes, I have rated 1 star, reason is from last 40 days my KYC verification is not completed and when we tries to contact they don’t have any contact number. The only way I can reach them is through a mail. So I mailed them thrice, but their customer care employee has the same canned response, please be patience your KYC ETA is 7 or 8 or 9 days. And when your last day has to come they will send a mail and ask you to submit the documents again. Seriously, I have uploaded my Aadhar card and Pancard more then 6-7 times and stil after mailing WazirX support centre they sent the same response.
Now the biggest issue initially they informed me that you can deposit and trade but cannot withdrawal, no issue I will same my amount in wallet but when I added money in wallet now they are not allowing me to trade, and saying first you need to verify. In the end, my verification is pending, support team is not responding and the last my own money is stucked which I can see only can’t use.
After a week
After having to and through mails with support team finally account has been verified and now I got to realise how gud the app is, working very smoothly and I can easily trade with any crypto. As compare to BuyUCoin and Unocoin their charges are huge but in WazirX it’s too much minimal and we can easily afford that much. I can buy and sell at the same amount.
The app is good but need a bit of changes.
Yes the app is good but need a bit of changes some of the few are like if i just let the app run in my background and then reopen it it takes shows an error message regarding the app is not responding and then i have to clear the app and then reopen it it is a kind of bug i guess that can be fixed with the update of app just to let it refresh the stocks and get u the exact values i don’t know about the others but i m having it on ios 14.4 and yaa i think it can be fixed and another thing that i would want to suggest that if u just improve the price alert thing it cuz right now it just lets you know when the crypto currency’s hit there all time high or low it would be really beneficial for us if u just add another option like can have a custom pice alert set for the selected crypto currency’s. It will help a lot
Marvellous App but Need Instant Customer Support
WazirX is a marvellous app for the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies. I find it very easy to trade in WazirX because it’s simple and easy and anybody knowing simple English can use it effortlessly. Thanks to the developers who have made this app very simple for common people like us. I wish the customer support came up with an immediate resolution to customer complaints. Something like an online chat where human agents respond to issues and address app or exchange-related issues. I am sure WazirX is working on that. This is not about the app, I want govt to abolish 1% TDS and encourage crypto industry 😊. Banks should be allowed to support deposits and withdrawals.
