Having a problem

I am active on this app from a long time now. And I honestly love this app. But recently I have been facing certain problems. One day I opened the app and it was just stuck. I though that it might be a temporary problem but it isn't working. It doesn't even take my login or anything. My network is perfectly fine and I am able to use other apps with no problem but this app shows "you are not connected to the internet". I tried uninstalling and re downloading it again and again but nothing happens. I have so many stories in my library that I want to read but am not able to.
Kindly look into the problem.

Recent webtoons being released

I've been a user since 2017 and the app was AMAZING back then, amazing stories were being translated. But now all webtoon does is translate revenge and reincarnation stories or they release canvas webtoons (I hate their style, too much slice of life) and promote them. Haven't found more than 1-2 good series in the last 6 months. I used to have atleast 4 webtoon update to read every day. But now i have days when I have none. It's becoming more common because webtoons are going to a hiatus more often, been on "is on a break" "will return shorty" forever. How are the artists being treated that they don't even want to come back. AND PLEASEE, plewse translate soke good original stories like more from ilkwon ha. Also coins are non existent now, used to have so many events earlier, but 2024 had none.

Having problems recently

This was one of my favourite apps…but it just doesn’t work anymore, it keeps crashing, saying “Cannot load information, please try again later”, I have been quite patient with it, hoping it would resolve itself, but so far it hasn’t, I have tried everything btw, from from using a good Wi-Fi to deleting it to reinstalling it, also rebooted the device just to be sure, but it still isn’t working. I am hoping, that the developers look into it and help fix the issue, as I really don’t wanna be without my favourite app. So requesting you to please help fix this at the earliest.
