Convenient and fast delivery
Need to improve their search bar, most people may be referencing image to buy a medicine or product and the current search doesn’t support preview unless we click on a search result. Also the pricing of stock can be different to what is enlisted on the app. Whenever there is increase in price the difference amount is collected from the customer on delivery. However if there is a difference to be paid to the customer, you won’t get it unless you inform this to their customer care!
Unsystematic and Linient behaviour
So I’d purchased from wellness couple of times and they usually deliver the medicines on the same and this time ordering from here was the only purpose to get the medicines early not minding the discounts where’s other companies do give 20-25%. Now this order took a day so I spoke to the executive - I asked her about the pickup too to which she said - * All the items are in warehouse not in our store*, so I spared a day now on the next morning when I was waiting for medicines nobody showed up and when again spoke to the executive she said one item is not available then I was talking and she hang up in between , so I called back and the other executive told me that two items are not available. 1. Inventory has to be updated it’s not customers look out. 2. Atleast dispatch the remaining items and make a refund for non available items. 3. Inform the customer atleast through a msg not every customer will try calling everyday 4. This is medicine not some fancy items kindly take this serious somebody is skipping their dose because of this irresponsible behaviour and unsystematic team. And to me I’m definitely deleting your application for such pathetic experience and it all seemed very unprofessional to me I seriously see it as a unprofessional way.
Worst payment getaway experience.
I have been a Wellness Forever customer since a couple of years now. What started as a great initiative with their app launch and its services has now unfortunately boiled down to an inconvenient customer experience.
I have had an order placed yesterday for few medicines, through their Paytm payment getaway which is the only active transaction method they us; the amount was deducted and the order was not placed the items still in my shopping cart. I have had faced this similar issue ample of times and yet they even after complaining there’s no resolution to this inconvenience.
After reporting the incident on their customer support yesterday, the amount was promised to be reverted within 24hrs. It’s been over 12hrs now, contacted them again to check the status, now they have reset the timer again to more 24hrs for me to get the refund. What an absolute brilliant way to keep the customers in an inconvenient situation by delaying the refund process and expecting the customer to order again from their store and pay for the medicines.
Sadly, I have to now stop ordering from Wellness Forever and look out for more reliable alternatives.
