Western Union Send Money IN 4+

We can't transfer money with this app ,the only thing we can do with this is track the money ,update this app so we can transfer money..!!!

I initiated a transfer on Dec 24th, they show it as Dec 28th. My transaction was de lined because I transferred 13 paise more than what I was supposed to, all because my Bank did not have an option to transfer money in decimals. They have withheld my money from past 4 days. This absolutely makes no sense.

When I called up Customer care, I was informed to transfer the rounded off amount, that’s exactly what I had done. When I told him that, he immediately changed his statement telling me to transfer the exact amount. This is bizarre customer service and experience. Just making sure the customer never comes back to use their website.

I initiated money transfer Online and even transferred form my bank on the same day. Guess what after 2 days Transfer was cancelled with the update Money was not received. I didn’t get any text or Email about it. Even after a week I am still waiting for the money to be credited. How frustrated it is. Customer service absolutely is useless, they couldn’t even check where the money is now. They just get pay to apologise. I won’t use WesternUnion at all. “TransferWise” money transfer is the best as always.
