Very smooth experience of placing a transaction to my loved ones in USA. Indeed a much needed and a massive upgrade from being able to track a transaction to being able to place transaction, resending them with ease, logging in with OTP to name a few! Looking forward to more such upgrades!

I was supposed to transfer money a week ago, and I understood that identity verification was required before I could make the transfer—that part makes perfect sense. What doesn’t make sense is completing the entire verification process and still not being verified after more than a week.It was faster to visit my bank and fill out a paper form to complete the transfer than to use this app. I also contacted customer support, but the only response I received was that nothing could be done, I simply had to wait, and that this delay is “normal.” That is extremely disappointing, especially when timely transfers are important.

Overall good app for transferring money from India to foreign countries, but lag a little bit in app experience like we cannot add One person’s two account simultaneously, otherwise best service soo far from apps and websites which are hectic its ease of use has added value for customers.
