I m Ravi from India🇮🇳. I m using the latest/ updated version of whatsapp(no doubts for you people also). This review i was writing after times n times observations from myself regarding whatsapp notifications. Incoming text message notification is not delivering at the real time when the phone is connected to mobile data(its delivering immediately when its connected to wifi) & also Incoming video call notification is not showing to attempt the calls, when the phone is connected to mobile data(its delivering immediately when its connected to wifi). Pls look into n update the app at the earliest time cuz we are missing some important msg's to see immediately when the phone is connected to mobile data.

I am unable to update status on the app since 3 days now. The error showing is “something went wrong. Please try after 24 hours”. Even after trying after 24 hours, still getting the same error message. It feels very irritating to go through this. None to provide any solution to this problem. I have even mailed the whatsapp team to look into this regard but no one has even acknowledged yet or provided any solution to this. The app is so pathetic that I am unable to even backup my chat history on the app where it’s stuck on 53% and not moving a bit ahead since 2 days even though I have good internet connection. I don’t understand whom to contact or what to do with this problem. For an app with this huge base and backed by the tech leader like facebook, this is a worst service that the whatsapp has given. Having seen the jump of #signal app, it’s time to move and chuck whatsapp to their foot level. I will wait for another 24 hours to get this resolved or I’ll first make sure I along with my family member and friends to install signal. Time’s not far to see the downfall of whatsapp with such pathetic service. If you still wish to serve your users do address my and others who are going through this problem and resolve the issue immediately.

Whatsapp is crashing constantly. I have been trying to open the app for quite a few days now. I have tried shutting down and restarting my phone, offloading and reloading the app, opening whatsapp with better internet connectivity, reset all my settings, reset network settings, updating whatsapp, updating ios to the latest version. Nothing seems to work. There’s still a lot of storage in my phone Whatsapp is crashing constantly. I have been trying to open the app for quite a few days now. Nothing seems to work. There’s still a lot of storage in my phone so I know it’s not a storage problem. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s not working . A few days ago, there was an ios update to 17.0.2. Whatsapp worked for three days after that it has stopped working completely . I also tried updating current software(17.0.3) but it’s not working . I even raised tickets from WhatsApp but it doesn’t work . I am using iPhone XR
