I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this service. I have been trying to receive my WhatsApp verification OT for the last 6 days, but I have still not received it. Because of this issue, I am completely stuck and unable to use WhatsApp, which is affecting both my personal and work life very badly. I have tried everything possible from my side changing network, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, waiting patiently, and following all instructions - but nothing has worked.There is no proper support, no clear guidance, and no real solution provided. It feels like users are left helpless. Now I am being told that the OTP might arrive after 48 hours, which is extremely frustrating. Because of this delay, I am unable to do my work, communicate with clients, or manage important tasks. This has caused me a lot of mental stress and inconvenience. Such a basic feature like OP verification should work smoothly, but unfortunately, the service quality is very poor and careless. This kind of experience is unacceptable for an app/service that is used globally by millions of people. Overall, this has been a very bad and disappointing experience. I would give O rating if possible. Please improve your system and customer support so users do not have to suffer like this. Pls recover my Account

I have been using WhatsApp with the same number for the last few years without any issues.However, for the past few weeks before, my account has repeatedly been banned and placed under review without any clear reason.After submitting a review, my account gets restored, but the same issue happens again within a short time. Now, my account has been banned again permanently and its been 18 days, and I am unable to request another review as there is no option available. I have also tried contacting WhatsApp Support, but I have not received any proper solution or response. This situation is very concerning because my WhatsApp account contains important personal chats, contacts, photos, documents, and other valuable data accumulated over many years. I kindly request you to please manually review my account, identify the reason for these repeated bans, and help restore my account permanently. I assure you that I will strictly follow all WhatsApp Terms of Service and policies going forward. Please help me regain access to my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my WhatsApp account has been banned without any proper reason or explanation. I have been using this WhatsApp number for the past 3 years, and suddenly my account was banned even though I have not knowingly done anything wrong or violated any rules. What is even more frustrating is that I have not been given any clear reason for why my account was banned. I have sent numerous emails and requests to WhatsApp Support asking them to review my account and explain the issue, but I have still not received any proper solution or meaningful response.This is really unfair because this number is very important to me and I have been using WhatsApp on it for several years. Suddenly banning my account without providing a specific reason and then refusing to properly review or restore it is extremely disappointing. If I have made any mistake unknowingly, I am willing to understand and follow all WhatsApp policies in the future, but I genuinely believe that I have not done anything wrong that deserves a permanent ban. I respectfully request WhatsApp to properly review my case again, clearly explain the reason for the ban, and please restore my account.
