A Trusted/Favourite Driver is someone you have known to be a trustworthy person, which you were comfortable with on your last ride. You can add that driver to a list on the app and bingo! He knows your likes and dislikes. So, you don’t have to tell him your exact pick and drop points every time you book a ride.

ANYTHING FROM ANYWHERE
Do you want to urgently send some important document or crucial item like a laptop or camera to someone? Whether from home or the office or someone else’s place. You can now transfer anything from anywhere to anywhere in the form of a parcel.

ANYTHING FROM STORE
This is a special feature of offline shopping on the WHIDE app. You just enter the name of your favourite store and the name of the item you want to buy. You will simply get it delivered to you or anyone else you want to, on the very same day!

We have introduced the concept of “trusted rides” and “trusted driver” for the first time in India. Any driver who you have a good experience with as a customer, who you feel comfortable with and have an understanding can become a Trusted Driver for you.

NO SURGE PRICING
Surge pricing is a real issue during peak hours. Sometimes the price is almost doubled. Is that fair? Whether yes or no, we have a solution to overcome that. WHIDE has developed such a system that there won’t be any surge pricing whatsoever!

LOW & TRANSPARENT FARES/CHARGES
Since we take no commission from our driver-partners and riders/dispatchers, our fares are lower than any cab/taxi service available in India. You will get a clear fare receipt for every ride that you take with us. We don’t take any hidden charges whatsoever!

FEMALE TRUST RATING
For the first time in the world, you get a platform where drivers get trust ratings from female passengers, as per their experience with each of the drivers they take their rides with. This helps a woman to identify the drivers with the best Female Trust Rating points.

wProtect SECURE RIDE WITH wCODE
We have incorporated a unique and powerful system of wProtect Secure Ride with the WHIDE CODE (wCODE). Every customer, driver and dispatcher will be assigned a unique wCODE as their identity. Every transaction or job assignment happen through this code only.

GPS MONITORING
We have installed Letstrack’s GPS Tracker in all WHIDE cabs. Since we take the distance directly from the tracker, you get exact location from metre to metre, foot to foot. Even if you’re passing through a tunnel or underpass, the device records correct GPS location every time.

CHAUFFEUR AT NO COST
When you have a driver that gives you rides, takes care of other related tasks in your daily life and assists you in important occasions, what more can you ask of him? Well, it’s a chauffeur that you get in each of the WHIDE Driver-Partners you take the service of.

WHIDE is only a technology platform that enables you to find and connect with trusted drivers/riders/shopping assistants. Your services are directly provided by them. We only charge a very small fee for the commercial use of our platform. WE CHARGE NO COMMISSIONS!
