Wildcraft Online Shopping App 4+

I registered from website, so basically my email is registered with u but there was no option to add mobile number, now when I’m trying to login from mobile app, it lands in customer registration page i add my data there and it says ur email is already registered and there is no way to register using mobile number so basically I’m not able to login in mobile app, also when i open website in mobile browser, I’m logging with otp and its always says wrong otp even when I’m using correct otp. I’m not able to order only way i can login is through laptop 😒

I ordered a hoodie, It was showing delivery within 3-4 business days. I wondered if everything is fine when 3 days passed but there is no update to order status progress bar. So, I called customer care, the assured me that It will be delivered on the 4th day.

Guess what? It is not delivered on the 4th day. So, I called customer care again. They said my order is cancelled from their side due to being out of stock. It was a glitch from their app/website.

Even their return policy is worst. You need to visit nearby wildcraft store for replace/return, subject to availability of the product in that store.

The application does not perform well. It does not shows the availability of product. I ordered a pouch which has the delivery period of 3 to 4 days. But there is no shipment of product after 4 days. I contacted wildcraft and asked about the shipment and they responded the product is unavailable and we will return the money back soon. But the money has not been debited for 3 days . I tried to contact the customer care number on wildcraft application . They’re attending the call and wont answer anything and it will be a waste of time. Customer management is zero in wildcraft. A worst brand.
