The WorkLLama - Talent Connect app is the mobile version of WorkLLama Talent Platform to offer on-the-go access to recruiters and talent marketers to connect with their talent community. The app allows recruiters to engage with talent using two-way messaging, receive real-time notifications, seamlessly transition conversations between the WorkLLama Web App and Browser Extension thereby enabling businesses to provide a positive experience with every interaction.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our On-Demand Shift Management Module in the Talent Connect App. Create Bookings (collection of Shifts) and in real-time publish these shifts to Talent Pools you create within the Enterprise Portal. Use the app to stay informed, plan bookings and shifts ahead of time, and view & manage them in real-time when necessary.

Our in-app notifications have received a major facelift. Be informed when jobs are created, candidates apply and get booked on them, and more. Our user interface allows you to easily jump to the relevant sections for further visibility.

We’ve upgraded our Candidates option to allow you to continue to engage as well as view their basic profile information.
