Dear App Developer,

ThankQ very much for the latest app update. Finally my Wifi bridge has started working with my Yale lock.

I had given up on the wifi bridge as it wasn’t working for over 10 days. Yale Hyderabad technician Raheem convinced me that there is no problem with wifi bridge.

He requested me to wait for the update on the app.

I would like to thank him for his efforts in resolving my issue.

One of the worst app ever made by any smart lock company!! False low battery notification!!! Installed batteries were not low but app was giving notification (I wasn’t sure about it) hence changed to brand new sealed batteries. But still every day at 6.37 pm I get a message and email saying my lock batteries are critically low and I need to replace them!! I even clicked in the app saying “I have replaced batteries” but still the message continues!!! This is going on for a month now!!! How can the locks functions for over a month if the batteries are critically low??? Stupid app and false notifications!!!

We're very sorry for this issue. Can you take a battery out of the lock for a minute, place it back in, and then operate the lock via the app (locking and unlocking) 3-4 times? This should update the battery status correctly on the app. If the issue persists, please email us at yale.support@assaabloy.com and quote the reference YH7A, so we can look into this for you and assist.

I suggest the security from the inside gate also so that the children’s or any of the servants should not open the gate and leave off. There is no option to keep the lock closed from inside. If we open the handle. Any servants or anyone can open the door and go it off so please look it that if we lock the door personally, the other members also should not be able to open the door and wicket
