I suggest the security from the inside gate also so that the children’s or any of the servants should not open the gate and leave off. There is no option to keep the lock closed from inside. If we open the handle. Any servants or anyone can open the door and go it off so please look it that if we lock the door personally, the other members also should not be able to open the door and wicket

Unable to use Yale Home app on iPhone 7 — Please fix compatibility issue I’ve been using the Yale app for a long time, but now it keeps showing a popup saying I need to update the app. When I try to update, it says the latest version only supports iOS 16 or later. I have an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.8, and Apple doesn’t allow this device to update to iOS 16. Because of that, I can’t update the app or use the existing version — the popup can’t be closed, so I’m completely locked out of controlling my Yale smart lock remotely. It doesn’t make sense to have to buy a new phone just because the app isn’t backward compatible. Please make the latest version of the Yale app compatible with iOS 15.8 or at least allow older versions to continue working without blocking the user with an uncloseable update message. This issue is very inconvenient, especially since it prevents users from accessing something as important as their home lock.I can’t upgrade app, please allow me to use the previous version of the app. The popup asking me to upgrade is not allowing to use the app.

I am unable to use this app at all. Every time I open the application, it immediately goes into a continuous, rapid flashing/flickering loop on the welcome screen. The screen flashes between the main "Welcome!" page and a blank white screen, making it impossible to tap any buttons, such as "Set Up a New Device" or "I Received an Airbnb Invite."Since the app is the primary interface for managing my smart lock/device, this technical bug is a major security and functionality failure. I cannot perform initial setup, access settings, or control my device.Key Problems:• App is Completely Unusable: The flashing prevents any interaction.• Zero Access/Control: I have no way to set up or manage my smart device.• Security Risk: If a user needs urgent access or needs to change settings, this failure locks them out entirely.I have attempted to restart my phone, clear the app cache, and reinstall the application, but the problem persists. This issue must be addressed immediately by the development team. Until this critical bug is fixed, the app is non-functional and unreliable.

One of the worst app ever made by any smart lock company!! False low battery notification!!! Installed batteries were not low but app was giving notification (I wasn’t sure about it) hence changed to brand new sealed batteries. But still every day at 6.37 pm I get a message and email saying my lock batteries are critically low and I need to replace them!! I even clicked in the app saying “I have replaced batteries” but still the message continues!!! This is going on for a month now!!! How can the locks functions for over a month if the batteries are critically low??? Stupid app and false notifications!!!
