Service is very fast in the comparison of other taxies !!!! But now these days you are taking too much charges !!! Before it started just with 35 com !!! But now whenever i open this app to book a taxi it starts with 75 com !! Don’t you think that it’s too much ???? Even other taxies starts just with 40 or 45 coms !!!! I think you should think about your extra charges !!!!

Driver ask for cash money even the ride is card payment. And needs to give twice the amount. And many times driver starts the ride without passenger sitting and charge the money from card. And customer support don't respond at all.

The addresses that I want to go to or want to be picked up from cannot be found. The PAYMENT METHOD CHANGES AUTOMATICALLY MID RIDE causing the driver to lose money and shout at the customer at the top of his lungs in a foreign language instead of co-operating to get his own money! Doesn’t accept/verify valid cards. Places are mentioned by no. and not by names which only makes it harder to pin it on the map!! Used it in 2 foreign countries as an English speaking person and it only created/increased my problems!
