At Howrah station people always faced difficulties in getting a prepaid taxi due to many problems such as long queues, harassment by non registered taxi drivers, unavailability of payment options other than cash, denial of service if exact change was not available, etc.

The app has helped to resolve most of these problems in a fair way.

We always had to stand in long Q after a tiresome journey. We faced denial of service because of Lack of Small denominations. We had to bear high temperature while standing in Q. We had to face torture of drivers while standing in Q. Now all these problems are done and dusted just because of this app. Literally It is Yatri Sathi.

Though it would be different than other vendors in the market but sorry to say that my experience is very pathetic for this app. Booked for the first time and driver cancelled that. Booked Uber then. After 2 hours for return journey tried this again and booked another, this time driver did not come. Later told he will only come if I tell him the place to go and if he wants to go there then. I think the behaviour of the drivers is same as early days offline Taxi service. Very pathetic service. I have uninstalled it as it is of no use for me.
