Pls improve. It requires lot of improvement
Well, the app is not up to the mark at all. My previous account was with Axis bank and their mobile banking is awesome. I joined Yes bank because some other issues with Axis Bank. But now I am realising that Mobile banking of Axis is much better than Yes.
If the Yes Bank Software development team is reading this and the bank is really concerned about customers, then pls improve.
I added one beneficiary and after that tried to add another beneficiary. However, the app stopped showing M pin key board.
Sometimes key board is not responding.
Sometimes app behaves very sluggish.
Lot of improvement require
Please make it smooth and user friendly with quick response.
I can not continue for long with such bank if the app is not improving.
I hope Yes bank team is taking reviews seriously or they will lose customers.

Worst Mobile Banking App.
Seriously if YES Bank is 4th largest bank in India then guys your app should be up-to that level as well to remain in competition with other banks.
Its been 2 weeks that I opened my account with YES Bank and till now I’ve not been able to transfer money from Yes bank account to other account. I already had a word with their technical troubleshooting team thrice, they always give false promises of resolving issues in an hour or so but no solution so far. They asked me to create/generate MMID on App which is again not happening and giving me error that “You can’t generate/cancel MMID.” Neither Mobile or Net banking have been fruitful to me.
Please see ICICI or AXIS bank apps to make your app better.
The app needs to be improved a lot to provide seamless banking experience. The current app lacks the smoothness in many respects, like
1. The keyboard doesn’t pops out at the time it should, like at the time of making a fund transfer it doesn’t pop out.
2. The offers in apps are having bugs. I had to loose my ₹180 for no ticket booking in Cinépolis and also no refund of the transaction. Complained so many times but no action by both bank and merchant.
