Yes Madam - Salon at Home App 4+

It’s great!

I got to know about Yes Madam from an Instagram Ad, and prices were really affordable. So I thought to give it a try. I was not really hoping it to be very professional as the prices weren’t that high. But when the professional arrived, Her name was Nidhi Mishra, at first she was reluctant to do Wax as there was no AC. But I requested her to try. So she stayed. And when she did her job, it was well done. She really did put extra efforts. I am now satisfied with Yes Madam services and I would like to repeat it with her only. Thank you so much.

P.S. I have a suggestion for the company. That is to give a day specially for these hard workers. Make them feel special for a day. Give them free services of relaxation. Maybe take their birthdays or a day fixed for everyone in a month or in 6 months. I hope you will think about it.

Also there is a technical glitch on the feedback button. I tried to give her feedback a million times, but the app stopped every-time. I had to reopen the app and give the feedback again but it is happening everytime you click on “share feedback”.

Beware | cheat professionals

Ranjita Inamdar was assigned to me from this app, she kept talking about her sick mother and how she’s working here to earn money for her treatment. When I booked for another appointment she was assigned again, she found out there’s a wedding at our home and asked if she can come for other female members of my house. Because she’s told me about her sick mother I agreed. I told her what I wanted to do she asked me to book something random of less value so that her employees don’t find out and she’s able to earn extra. She asked me to pay her in advance as her she needed money for her mother. 3 days before the wedding when she came she gave some cheap facial of mama earth and charged 1500 for it. I could tell it wasn’t the one I wanted but didn’t say anything as I had a wedding at home. She then asked me for ₹2500 for her mothers medication and promised to return in 5 days. You guessed it right, that day didn’t come. I followed up with her after a week she told me about some family emergency and said she’d return in week. Again I reached out after 10 days and she had her family emergency ready This happened every week and she killed 3 of her family members and made her daughter and mother sick. I had been chasing her like a recovery agent for my own money. I don’t understand how such sick people are hired and how they’re trained. PS, don’t fall for their sob stories or you’ll lose your sleep over someone who’s is a compulsive liar.

So basically it was my first time appointment and the lady who came just scammed me she dint even give me the left over product which she was supposed to and thr waxing service was so horrible!! Please do train your so called professional, you people can’t just hire random people who don’t know even basics she was in such hurry and left so much a area without waxing properly which I later had to get it done in salon. She also dint inform me that the product belongs to me which one of my friend informed later. She also keep forcing me to give good review and dint leave till I gave one. I am so disappointed and regret spending 850 on something which wasn’t worth it! And not to forget my underarms started bleeding after she left she was that harsh on my skin. I cudnt find a way to put another review on app and hence here I am because I am still frustrated after so many days too. The D tan that she did gave me rashes on face and she dint even know to do eyebrows. Once again don’t hire random women who aren’t professional enough and who are from some local parlours because we pay for best service and when it ends up this bad we regret spending money. And teach them basic ethics to not cheat the customer and give them the products that they have paid for. Here name was Akshata M and ohhh she was so on time that she came after an hour.
