App not working on iPhone
Since last few days the App is not working. On opening it the screen becomes black. Earlier it was working fine. It seems there is some glitches in the latest versions of the app.
Camera alarm schedule
Please update the app and include Camera Alarm schedule .. i need the alarm(the beep beep sound that comes from the camera) only to be turned on at night .. it will make the camera very smart .. it is very frustrating to remember every night to turn on alarm and turn it off in the morning ... please include a schedule option for the alarm ..i have also emailed you a lots of time .. i bought 4 yi outdoor cameras and waiting for this feature for so long .. hope you will do it as soon as possible
Upgrade issue
I keep getting a prompt for upgrade. On clicking upgrade, it redirects to Yi Home app listed in the App Store but no update is available. Can’t get rid of the upgrade prompt. Even exiting and re-opening the app doesn’t help. Please fix this as soon as possible.
On the other note, I love the app though.
