Yogue Activewear 4+

Had ordered nearly 8000/- worth of products and wanted to exchange 4 products had placed exchange order in may21 and even in july21 they haven’t shipped my products! Customer service is crappy and these guys are just a bunch of Liars. Just two products were picked up and the other two products they’re asking me to self ship! Please don’t buy if you don’t want to lose your money;I have lost 8k and have not received the products as well! Should have never bought from such a scamster site in the first place

I had ordered few active wear clothes and shoes ! The shoe didn’t fit and looked so dirty the cheap with the rubber colour stains on sides of soles , so returned cuz they didn’t have any other size also , they refunded to their own app wallet ! The so called WhatsApp customer service wer very active untill the payment the delivery but vanished once I asked them to refund to my source account ! So think before you order esp when huge number of items are placed thinking u can replace or get refund! They are complicated

I just bought one track pants from this app but the Size was small as compare to the actual size so I communicated to Yogue via email and customer care number now one week passed but no body is having serious to pick up the material from our even I am taking continue follow from them
This is first time with me when I getting this kind of issue with online shopping
